It's a good bike. Most parts are high quality. The frame is good but the front fork was welded and filed improperly so the front brake caliper didn't line up properly. I called pacific cycle and they said the new forks are on "extended back order". She said they must be having "production issues" with them. She was kind enough to send out a different brand of fork while I wait for the proper one to come in. I received the interim fork in about a week. Still waiting on the orginal style one. Although the new bike experience could have been better, pacific cycle is standing by their product. No fighting or attitude. They just offered to send the parts I needed to get me going.
