First, is anyone else amazed at how inexpensive this bike is? It's awesome.
I am using the bike on trails around my neighborhood. Sometimes on pavement, but most often through the woods. I am not an avid downhill mountain biker, but when I tried it once,...the bike worked for me. I shopped around for a while. I wasn't looking for a bike that cost $500, but rather something that would work on trails near my home and get my to/from work. This bike is perfect. Rugged, tough, well constructed. The derailers are Shimano. Seat is comfortable,...and I plan on using it for years. I had to put on the pedals and handlebar--but was very simple. Took less than 5 minutes. And I got the bike for only $249. Very fired up about it.

After 20 years off of bikes, this was a welcome return. Easy to ride and smooth shifting. I ride the streets of LA and the OC and this bike makes it fun. This bike is lighter than it looks. It is tough and able to bounce off light collisions and keep on going. I recommend it highly for anyone who looking for performance and reasonable price.
