As odd as it may sound, I actually use this product on my face! After putting on my daily moisturizer and letting it dry, I apply this over the top and let it set before applying the rest of my makeup. Since it dries to a powder finish, there is no sticky residue or anything visible left behind. It's the same stuff in all those expensive makeup bases (dimethicone), only cheaper because of it's intended use. I don't wear foundation, but you would put it on over top of this. My blush lasts all day now instead of fading away after an hour or so. And best of all, my T-Zone doesn't start glistening with oil mid-afternoon because this keeps it all in check!

Monistat Soothing Care Chafing Relief Powder-Gel 1.5 oz (42 g)
This is the best product I have found for relieving skin irritations in the skin folds of overweight people. It is also good for chafing under the breasts or anywhere skin touches skin. I believe it was originally marketed for athletic women who experienced chafing between the thighs, but it has certainly been a God-send for overweight people, like myself, as well. Highly recommended!

I've read reviews on Makeup Geek and other websites extolling the virtues of this product as a MAKEUP primer. Since I had nothing to lose, I tried it. I'm glad I did, because I LOVE IT.
PRICE:
It's inexpensive!!! Less than half the price of traditional makeup primers.
FUNCTIONALITY:
I apply this after my moisturizer dries, and I apply my makeup after THIS dries. WHAT a smooth base this is for my makeup. My skin feels as smooth as silk. (PLUS, from what I read it's good for my skin.)
Two thumbs up on this one! Save yourself some money and get a great product in the bargain.

A FEW HELPFUL TIDBITS:
1. A little bit goes a LONG way.
2. This formula GLIDES right on, it does NOT even feel like anything is on your skin.
3. I PARTICULARLY LOVE IT as an EYE MAKEUP PRIMER! My eyebrow pencil goes on so SMOOTHLY now.
