Sea-monkeys are truly something that everybody should have. You get a chance to learn about Artemia through Transcience Corporation's thorough handbook. You can order additional items, like medicine and Plasma III from their website. Sea-monkeys are very easy to take care of. When they hatch, it only takes one minute. You just aerate the tank once everyday and feed it only once or twice every week. The whole food packet lasts one whole year. Sea-monkeys can really cheer you up. If you're ever feeling down, looking at them swim here and there lifts your spirit. They do, of course, die like all organisms do, but they also leave behind eggs, so you can start all over again. I highly recommend you buy sea-monkeys. It's a very good pet to have, especially if its your first pet.

Sea monkeys are for everyone- My brother and I LOVE it!! Just make sure you research them on sea-monkey.com just a little bit and those little guys are in good hands-They great fo first pets and you don't need to feed them constantly, just a little bit once a week!!Get ready to have fun... You should go to sea-monkeys.com (just add www. to sea-monkeys.com) before you buy them. It tells you EVRYTHING about them! They really hatch! You should get them 1 day ahead of time because when you add the water purifier you HAVE TO wait 1 day to add the eggs. You can buy other stuff online to. Hope you enjoy your new pets!

When I was a wee lad of 10, I walked inside Spencer's Gifts in South Florida. After sampling some edible underwear, and looking inside every stupid cardboard box gag gift, I saw this incredible blister pack of Sea-Monkeys. I'd seen the ads in comic books, and was still gun-shy of comic book mail order after the "corrugated cardboard" submarine fiasco (fits two, My Aunt Mimi!), but there it was, the grail of grails.

The kit I'm reviewing harkens back to those halcyon days, and the goods still delivers. USE DISTILLED WATER, PLEASE!!! You want your monkeys to live, or what? You could pay less for a basic set, but you gotta swoon over the retro graphics of this set. Buy it, puhleeeeze!

this product shipped fast!! as soon as i made the sea monkeys grow i notice these werent sea monkeys at all. Because i usaully get seamonkeys every 3 mmonths and when i look at them they were millions of parasites. i actually think it was cool so im happy about it :D

The sea monkeys never hatched, despite my every effort to follow the steps precisely. When they didn't hatch, I followed the instructions to "revive" them - a plan that, again, failed.

No seamonkeys, just a tank of water on my desk and [...] down the drain.

I bought one of these for my nephew and after playing with it for a while i had to get one for myself. The instructions are very simple to use, and to care for it is amazingly simple. It is very fun to watch and get involved with. I work in a boring office and i purchased these for my desk and i love them. You only feed once a week and basicly never have to clean the cage. I personaly garuntee that kids will love them, take my word on it. Also it is very educational as your kids will get to see them hatch from eggs and grow, without putting any responsibility on the parent. It also teaches your children about responsibility as they will have to make sure to feed it. It gives your kids the joy of having a pet without the change of them getting bored and "mommy" haing to take care of it

at this time i only see water,but that was not the problem, the problem is that i am buying from el salvador,the shipping cost me the same as the toy, and i hope for those who bought this toy, and live in the U.S. that the warranty be for real.

This pet is easy to take care of and his very fun to play with. My friends and I think it is very cool and they want to get their very own sea monkeys, too. To sum it up this pet is the best pet ever!

We followed all the instructions to purify the water etc but the eggs did not hatch, we were so disappointed
