I work for a company and sell this on a regular basis. After using this product at home on my LCD I feel bad for ripping so many people off. If you have a plasma this works just as well as windex. If you have a LCD don't bother using this stuff as it leaves streaks all over your TV. Don't use anything with alcohol either but I would say a damp cloth with water is a better choice than another rip off product from Monster. MONSTER BULL$%@T

Let me start off by saying I'm a "techie" kind of person. I'm always looking for the next best thing and keeping up with my electronics news, and with that usually comes an "Anti-Monster" sort of mentality - not that they're stuff is bad, it's usually not much better (in terms of quality) and much higher in price than the other stuff.

Despite all that, I was "upsold" on this kit when buying a new TV about 3 years ago on the offer that I "could return it for a full refund if it didn't work" - I took my chances and am very glad I did. In looking at the comments, it looks like most complaints come from LCD owners - I can't comment on that as I don't own an LCD TV, but it has worked flawlessly on everything else I've tried: iPod Touch, iPhone, iPad, Plasma TV, Rear-Projector TV, LCD Monitor (glossy) and Laptop Monitor. To date, none of these have left any streaks or odd marks, and this is after 3 years.

The item itself is very basic - a spray and a microfiber cloth. The special part is the spray - while I'm not sure what exactly is in it, it works wonders. I consider it "The Goo-Gone of screen cleaners" - just like how goo-gone seems to magically remove anything sticky, this magically cleans your screen. Whether its fingerprints, dust or even food (eating next to a computer, food seems to sometimes just fly towards your monitor -- don't judge me! ;) ) - this stuff just wipes it right off without having to "fight it".

Spray the cloth once or twice (never spray anything directly on the surface you're cleaning! And never use any alcohol based cleaners or general-purpose glass cleaners (windex) on devices. Most have a protective film (often an anti-glare film) on them that these will eat right through), then wipe the surface clean. A small device (ipad/iphone/ipod touch) is usually good with a single spray, TVs/Monitors might need a few.

Despite the small size, the stuff lasts (small sprays + not needing it often). This pack is nice in that it includes 2 small bottles (one for home, one for on the go?) - there are also kits for the same price that use just a larger bottle (and you can load up a small spray bottle from that). Whichever way you go, I think you'll like it (apparently as long as you don't use an LCD TV).

I will deduct points for the fact that they're not up front about it only working on SOME types of screens. The instructions say to refer to your devices manual to see how to clean it (and not use this if its not recommended) - when they sell it as a "Flat Screen Cleaning Kit", you expect it to work on anything. I have seen instructions that recommend against using any types of spray-based cleaners and going just for a microfiber cloth or a small bit of water on a towel - whether this will actually do anything negative is unknown). Because this information isn't visible until you open the product, it's a bit shady for them to do it that way as you've already bought it!

I'm not saying this is the best of the screencleaners. I haven't tried the others, and after this one works so well I'd be hesitant to switch to a cheaper one, but I can say this one works wonders. You can get the same effect with just water I'm sure (just like how you can remove stickers without goo-gone), but you'll be doing a lot more work and spending a lot more time. For that, it's worth the cash (if you don't use an LCD Monitor :) )

I can not think of a worse performing product, in any category that I've purchased. The towel's edges are abrasive and the main part of it doesn't absorb anything. The fluid leaves the worst kind of streaks and makes the TV look worse than with fingerprints. I've tried this product on three different LCD TVs of varying sizes and types, off vs warmed up, and with various drying towels. It performs horribly in all categories. I'd have better luck spitting on the screen and drying it with a tomato sauce stained undershirt. Oh, and it's expensive.

I have a LED tv size 37 panasonic . The screen has some dirty areas at bottom . OK went to store purchased
the Monster flat screen cleaner and special microfibre rag...Proceed to clean screen and its streaking and worse
than before ...never again I will only use distilled water and apple cider vinegar...

this stuff works ok. Wish it was cheaper but it does clean and shines your tv and screen. Nothing stuff in your own home couldn't do. I don't know if theres any stuff thats better but if this was sold for $10 to $15 then it would be more worth the money, if even that much.

I have used it on my Samsung LCD TV and now the screen looks almost brand new. I am very happy with the purchase.

Look no further, these do an awesome job. My screen is as good as the day I bought my laptop.

This is perfect for hdmi tv's but the cost is a little high but what the heck its still cheapper then what walmart has

I bought this cleaner with the attention to clean my LCD and plasma TVs. The plasma TV came out perfect while the LCD had a fog to it. If you want to clean your plasma TV then use this product but for LCD TV stay AWAY!
