I have used a pair for almost 10 years with a Harmon Kardon AV receiver and JBL speakers. They always worked great, reliable, plug-in-and-forget, snug fit, sounds great with no noticeable distortion ever.

3.0 out of 5 stars These are just ok
The turbine cut connectors are way to tight and difficult to connect and disconnect from any equipment. The foil shield is not good for rejecting EMI so I could not use them to connect my power amp and AV receiver. These would be just ok to connect a cd player to a receiver but there are much better cables out there for about $30 a pair (blue jeans cables).

5.0 out of 5 stars Fine cables if you get a sale price, December 10, 2010

I have these connected from my Onkyo SACD/CD player to my Yamaha rx-797 receiver. They do the job. I don't hear any noticeable improvement over the 'generic' cables they replaced, but the build quality is better. I got em for less than ten bucks so I'm happy for the upgrade.
Only surprise was that they are 2 separate cables, not a single cable as I expected. This actually makes them more versatile so no complaints.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good value, July 19, 2010

This review is from: Monster I300MKII-4M 300 Series Mark II RCA Stereo Cables (4 meters) (Electronics)
These are a step above your standard RCA cables, but they are a nice fit going from my Thorens turntable to my preamp. It's not super audiophile quality, but then again, I don't have 2 grand to spend on cables.

4.0 out of 5 stars Very Nice Quality Sound!, July 9, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
Using these Cables with Stereo Adapters, I'm able to achieve greater Quality Sound from these cables. It is the only reason I purchased them, Connecting my Small Flat Screen to my Computer Speakers.

The RCA Stereo Adapters I've used are the Monster of course, but also connected a Headphone Coupler and used them as a Headphone Extender, And the sound is so much better then any Extension cord I've ever used. It's crisp and clear with very nice sounding Bass.

Using this as a Stereo cable with adapters I connected my Droid to my Car Stereo, and the Sound is Still Magnificient!

If you're looking to achieve Higher Quality Sound with your Music Player, I would Highly Recomend this Cable with RCA to Stereo Adapters, also with a Headphone Coupler for Headphone extension.

It's a great piece to Experiment with.

I purchased these interconnects to replace the 20 yr old ones which were oxidized and sounded really crappy. These did make a big difference. I purchased theses for about $13, I can't see paying more for high end stuff because these seem to be well made.

This review is from: Monster I300MKII-4M 300 Series Mark II RCA Stereo Cables (4 meters) (Electronics)
4 meters is 15foot for those who don't know. This is top high grade RCA audio cable I bought for my car amp. It was worth the price I paid!

5.0 out of 5 stars A goos investment if you have good components, February 10, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
they say that these cables sound the same than cheaper ones... really i don't know i only know that if your components are expensive you should have a good cable... imagine that you have bought a US500 amp a US1000 speakers and a 300 cd player... come on take 10 to a decent cable (imagine lose sound cuality for 10 dollars)... but if your stereo is cheap i will buy a cheap cable
