I am not really into graphic novels myself, but if it encourages my son to read, I am all for it. We got this from the school library and he LOVED it, so I ordered it. He loves to look at the drawings (which are very cool) while reading. It is short enough but has a good story; a mystery with "monsters" that boys seem to love.
