Does a 1st rate job,

I rent an HD DVR STB from Cablevision. The box has an HDMI output but is incompatible with an HDMI input on the back of my TV (this is a common problem suffered by cablevision customers). It has to do with some sort of a HDCP issue that cablevision still has not worked the bugs out on. So, that left me with one option only: component cable for HD. Rather than use the free generic component cable supplied by cablevision I opted to buy a quality component from Monster Cable. I'm pleased that I did. It offers great detail and natural, unsaturated colors on my Sony XBR.
If you MUST use a component cable this would be a good choice. |
