4.0 out of 5 stars Wild Ride of the Shark and the Beast
This is a crazy album. It's full of energy to the point of bursting. To put it's sound into words, it sounds like someone put NYC rap, 70s disco, and contemporary electronica into a blender, and then dripped in some LSD. This is a crazy album. It's full of energy to the point of bursting. To put it's sound into words, it sounds like someone put NYC rap, 70s disco, and contemporary electronica into a blender, and then dripped in some LSD. Start with their cover of Electric Avenue if you need a reference point for this description. It's an odd blend that can grate a bit at times during the disk, but overall it works. C-Rayz brings it correct and fits the odd vibe perfectly. The vocalists that contribute hooks all meld into the songs well and deliver memorable and catchy moments. The production will make you wonder if you're on drugs everytime you listen to it. A fun listen. Highlights: Pain to the Picture, Might She Shoot, Forgotten, That Moment Before Crazy (Vaste Air guests), My Way.

5.0 out of 5 stars Love This, February 10, 2008
This review is from: Monster Maker (Audio CD)
This CD is awesome. I really love listening to it, it's fun, energetic, and different. Sharkey and C-Rayz really did well on balancing between their two sounds. My favorite song in the album is 'We Speak Animal' that song is too great for anyone not to listen to. 'My Way' is another really good one, the production on that track was just cooked to perfection. Anybody who is tired of that lame mainstream hip-hop garbage needs to start buying CD's put out by babygrande. Sharkey and C-Rayz made a monster. You should buy it. Now.

5.0 out of 5 stars Album of the year, October 25, 2007

Awesome project featuring the worlds greatest MC, but this is more than a rap album. Theres something here for everyone including the heads, your girl and the crossover Gnarls Barkley type fans. I can't praise this enough so i'll stop right there.
