Bought this for my 3 year old grandchild along with 7 other Monster truck toys at the 1/64 scale. The very first time he rolled it on our carpet, the back wheels fell off. I could see how to reattach them so I did. About 30 minutes later, the front wheels came off. Again, on our rug. I reattached them as I did the back wheels. The front wheels proceeded to fall off 3 more times within an hour. All of this mind you while simply playing in front of me on the rug. It did not get dropped, thrown or any other kind of abuse. He was thrilled just to sit there and play. I returned it the next day to the seller, Galaxy Collectibles tell them the situation and asking they send a replacement. They returned it to the manufacturer who said they would not allow a refund since the toy was "played with". How in the world can you know if the toy works without playing with it? They also had no other replacement toy even if I was willing to buy another one. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the position taken by the manufacturer, HOT WHEELS.
Their action demonstrates a complete disregard for their customers. This is a great example of a horrible customer service policy.

The only bright light in this whole scenario was the seller, Galaxy Collectibles, agreed to take the hit on the loss, and has advised Amazon.com to make a refund to me. I appreciate and applaud their intervention in this situation to provide some customer satisfaction. Stephen Britt at Galaxy Collectibles handled this for me. I recommend that firm for similar collectibles as this one.
