I purchased this power center because of the price and the fact that most things I would need it for have these annoyingly big transformer plugs. I always assume "Monster" products to be of better than average quality, but extremely overpriced so I won't think of buying one without a fantastic deal. At list price of $99, I got this for about $26. At $26, I think this seems like a good price for a product like this.
Overall the product works fine. The only gripe I have and it is important to me is, the condition of the product when I received it. The "power on" button was floating around in the packaging. At first I thought maybe it was separate for a reason and looked at the instructions whihc only showed it attached. I snapped it in and it worked, so I decided to keep it and see if anything negative happens. It has worked perfectly and outside of that I am very satisfied. Either it was sent to me in this condition or it fell out in transit. Either way I was concerned.

I like it. PROS: The names above each outlet light up so it is easy to see in low light or no light. Regulating the electricity and having such a large surge protection gives me some peace of mind when it comes to my computer getting fried. CONS: The cord is a bit short for my power outlet and computer situation, but it's still about the same length as most other power strips or surge protectors I have purchased.

I have know for a very long time that Monster makes exceptional products as I have owned several of their products.
I am very satisfied with my lastest purchase and would recommend it to others.

I connect my home theater equipment up to a 1080p DLP Epson projector and had been having issues with subtle moving bands of slightly darker resolution. My current power adapter outlets were not holding the plugs as tightly, so I was in the market for a new one. Saw this advertised from a different vendor, but Amazon had a better price and free shipping. I have had the power adapter for a month. Hooked up my cable. Now the bands are gone. Great piece of equipment.

I am not a huge fan of most Monster products, but their PowerCenter and other power protection products are usually great buys. This one is no exception. I bought one of these for my new HDTV that I purchased earlier this year and it is going strong. I notice no interference of any kind on the screen, whereas some of my family members have lines and such plugged into a standard outlet with no power conditioning. So far so good!

A great product! I recently purchased a Samsung 3D TV along with this Blackout PowerCenter. Needless to say the hurricane hit 3 weeks after the TV was installed. My power was out for 3 days but the TV came back on with no problem once the power was restored.

It has worked very nice with all my equipment! nothing is damaged! with all the lightning strike here it works fine and I live in South Florida were the power does not go out ! It comes on once in a while!!

We bought this item during the amazon black friday deals. I paid $20 bucks with free shipping.

We were using a basic dollar store surge protector for our tv and other devices. So we decided to get this when the deal came up. Don't really notice anything different about the quality of our picture or sound. BUT this protector looks nice.

I received it, plugged it in, plugged in all my components. set up was a breeze. I has a feature that is to eliminate sound and poor signal quality with your LCD HDTV. I did not notice if there was a difference with my signal quality after plugging it in to this device. I am confident though that my equipment is protected.
