I installed this cable last week, and I couldn't be happier. At first, I couldn't perceive any improvement whatsoever. But after I broke the cable in by running my dryer for 96 straight hours, it's warmer, brighter and smoother. My dryer has never sounded better.

Wow,fantastic product. Dryer runs cooler, sounds better, with deep lows and crystaline highs. Dryer seems to have much increased headroom to deal with demanding loads. Clothes dry faster, and the sunshine smell is an unexpected bonus.Expensive, but worth it for the Power flow Indicator alone. This cord is twice as thick as a standard cord. You won't be disappointed

Not sure I needed a monster cable, but it does the job,

I just moved to an apartment (built circa 1990) and discovered that my dryer plug didn't match the outlet in this building. Fortunately, I did some reading and realized that all I had to do was replace my 4-pronged plug with a 3-pronged one. I bought the monster cable because I've like several of their other products, and I was impressed with the heft and weight of this cord. I'm not sure my dryer needed such a nice, heavy-duty cord but it's got one now. The cord came with instructions, and changing it out was no problem (took 15 minutes, max). So, if you're in the market for a 3-pronged dryer cable, and feel like spending $5 extra for it, this is your cord.
