An excellent anthology of creepy, scary, gory and otherwise horrific tales set in the greater Memphis area from a collection of professional and first-time writers. Mostly very strong stories. Two of the three weakest stories here are those 2 written by the editor (one under a pen-name). This one contains the one that won the Darrell Award for Best Midsouth Short Story and others that received recognition from the Darrell Awards Jury, as well as ones that were reprinted in other anthos. Well-worth the price.
