When I decided to start decreasing my pack weight this was one of the first purchases I made. It is the regular length version with right side zip. I am 5'8" & 160 lbs. This is not a roomy bag, but does flex nicely. I tend to sleep on my side and move from side to side multiple times throughout the night and I don't feel contstricted at all when I bend my legs up into the semi-fetal position. This is due to the ingenious spiral design of the Montbell Spiral sleeping bags. If you are a larger person or prefer a roomier bag than I'd recommend to get a Super Spiral. Excellent product & worth the money!
