Literally gorgeous, with copious pictures of life in Montessori schools around the world, this book provides an excellent look at the whole Montessori Method and world, for parents, students, teachers and the general public. From Maria Montessori's personal history and the nature of the Montessori classroom to finding the right school for your child and an extensive bibliography, the book covers many, many issues and topics excellently. On top of being comprehensive, it is organized and written in an easy-to-read way.

Having been involved in the Montessori world for over 35 years, I wouldn't be without it.
