A partir del momento en que uno comienza a escuchar los 74 minutos de este marvilloso disco, sabe que va oir musica pura. La seleccion de madrigales que presenta es de varias fuentes: el octavo y el septimo libros de madrigales en su mayoria y la adictiva chacona Zefiro torna, de Scherzi musicali, en una interpretacion deliciosa. Los musicos son formidables: instrumentistas de gran nivel (resalta Andrew Lawrence-King en arpa, organo y clave)y cantantes de primera linea. Todos ellos hacen de este disco un derroche de expresion y musicalidad. Imposible perderselo.
