I wouldn't classify this book as a cookbook It is more than that: a book of brief insights into life and relationships intertwined with nutritional info on how food can effect mood.Easy and rewarding reading AND some really good, fairly easy (healthly) recipes

I ordered this cookbook--a longtime fave that had vanished from my bookshelf--at an astonishingly low price. It contains the best gingerbread recipe, and I couldn't live without it! Many other yummy recipes too, of the aging hippie ilk (healthy ingredients). Thumbs up.
