Everyone gets in the mood for love every now and then.So when that mood hits you it"s so nice to have Kenny G"s "I"m In The Mood For Love" comming to your rescue.Along with that someone special in your life.Compiling a list of great romantic melodies is no easy task.With so many great romantic melodies to choose from.But Kenny G does manage to put together a good list of songs.Kenny G mixes some old songs in with some not so old songs.And the end result is a wonderful melody of sound.All design to get and keep you in that special mood for love.Now all these songs have been recorded before.But on this album Keeny G gives us his very own romantic interpertations of classics like "I"m In The Mood For Love","If" and "The Way We Were".The album gets off to a good start with James Blunt "You"re Beautiful" very nicey done by Mr G.And he takes it soft and easy on the songs "Yesterday" and "The Shadow Of Your Smile".He picks it up a bit on the songs "Fly Me To The Moon" and "You Make Me Feel So Young".These two songs bring back memories of Frank Sinatra.And the song I like the most on the album "The Way You Look Tonight" I think this song as a great feeling to it.I ready like this album but like so many other Kenny G fans.I can"t wait until he does his next album of original music.But until then just sit back with a cool glass of wine and enjoy this music by yourself or with someone you love.

I don't agree with the person below; they certainly aren't a jazz fan or have no interest in Kenny G's music pieces to begin with. I think this CD is awesome! It's a must buy.

Just a perfect CD for relaxing with in the evening. You can't beat Kenny G for love songs. This is also beautiful dinner music.

This CD is perfect for romantic dinners, foggy days, or just sitting around relaxing. It also makes a great background filler (i.e. waiting rooms, shops, etc). My favorite song is the theme from Romeo & Juliet (even though I've never seen the movie). If you're looking for relaxing and/or romantic music, this CD is for you.

Beautiful music from an incredible artist. The selection of songs are great and familiar. Just put Kenny on in the background and let the music put you in the Mood !!

Enjoyed "Rhythm and Romance " better ,but because it has a different rhythm and beat , it does lend itself to a softer and more melodic mood and the more I play it , the more I'm enjoying it.

I always enjoy Kenny G's CDs and "I'm in the Mood For Love" is excellent, in my opinion, because it includes old favorites I've listened to over the years. But it is hard to top anything done by Kenny G. He is my all-time favorite jazz musician.

This album by Kenny G is a fabulous album to use for rest and relaxation. The music is terrific and the songs used for the album set a mood to sit back and read a book. I would recommend this album also to anyone who wants to entertain friends and impress them with a background of soothing and romantic music. This is a keeper for me.

Kenny G has not been one of my favorite jazz sax players for many years now--I thought his songs have been a bit too light/too pop. However, I heard several cuts from this album on Pandora and each one intrigued me. This is a fun album, with excellent classic love songs and good-to-excellent performances. Much better than his other recordings in recent years, IMHO.
