The recipes in this book were easy to prepare. I found many tasty low fat recipes for yogurt, stuffed vegetables, salads, rice dishes and egg dishes. The step by step directions on how to prepare Basmati rice were so simple that I could never go back to instant rice again!

I found book 2 to be a nice complement to book 1. I've triedother Iranian cooking books, but they weren't nearly as good as thisone. My Iranian friend agrees and enjoyed the recipes as much as I did. I highly recommend this book.

I found the recipes so easy to follow. The ones I tried were so yummy. Very satisfying and delicious. I highly recommend this book to everyone.
