I have been struggling with severe anxiety and depression for five years. After trying various prescribed medications, I grew tired of it and wanted to use an all natural supplement. I came across this supplement online after researching the cause of OCD and other kinds of depression. I found out that OCD is caused by the lack of Serotonin in the brain as well as Dopamine. I bought this product because it is the Seratonin Link and is made up of all natural amino acids and vitamins. I take it a few times a day and I am so relaxed and I sleep like a baby. It works immediately upon taking it and I would highly recommend it more than medication! You won't be disappointed!

I ordered this product hoping to get relief from severe PMS and PMDD. After the birth of my third child my PMS started to get very bad.
I just started taking this product this month and the severity of my PMS symptoms (unbearable tension, depression, irritability, fatigue, weepiness) were already dramatically reduced.
I did experience fatigue the first few days on the product but it balanced out after a couple of days into a genuine feeling of peace and tranquility and overall well-being. I am also taking GNC's Ultra PMS Formula in conjunction with this and it seems to be working really well together. I am so happy to have found a natural alternative to Pharmaceutical drugs.
I really recommend this product!!

As an update: At first I disliked these because they made me incredibly drowsy with uncontrollable jaw-popping yawns (even while hiking in cool weather!), so I couldn't drive, hike, or work safely when "under the influence" of these capsules. So I decided to use them as a sleeping aid, and they helped with depression the day after. After a couple weeks or so I was able to use these during the day without becoming drowsy. I now only take 1 capsule a few times per week, or less, depending on the work situation. As soon as I start to feel anxious or depressed I take one, and it usually helps me for a couple days or so. Sometimes I'll take 1 a day for a couple days...

I can really feel improvement with these. I work a very high-stress job with some extremely lazy, sneaky, and incorrigible coworkers, with some team leaders who favor these useless creatures, and for a company notorious for its employee abuse, and for years I'd been extremely stressed & depressed from my work situation.. I was frequently physically ill from stress (including chronic insomnia, frequent vomiting, headaches, chest pains, irritability, etc.) caused by my work environment and financial problems...

What I dislike about these capsules, aside from the initial extreme drowsiness, is that they have gel capsules. I'm vegetarian, and would prefer a vegetarian formula, preferably in tablet form.

If I had to take these every day they would be expensive, but since I only use them as needed they are almost reasonably priced. Still, I think they could sell these for much less money.

I was in a very dark place when I started taking these. I feel so much better now! I took them regularly for 8 months, then was able to back off to only taking them during my cycles. I can't imagine what my life would be like if I didn't have these to turn to. I highly recommend them as a natural alternative to anti-depressants, anti-anxieties, and sedatives. I tell everyone I know about them.

Just FYI, if you're prone to any acid-stomach issues, don't waste your money on this...it gave me uncontrollable extreme heartburn, even after taking Prevacid 24HR Caps 42-Count.
Maybe it needs to be enteric-coated? :/

Anyway, I can't speak to how well it works or how sedating it is, since I couldn't take it for more than a couple days before the stomach issues became overwhelming. Caveat Emptor, guys.

This is an excellent product, and I highly recommend it to anyone who is stressed, and wants to take the edge off. I do not take it every day. I just take one or maybe two when I am feeling under pressure or feeling depressed. A very gentle relaxer, that causes no dependency, all natural. A.B

I don't have depression, so I do not need to take these pills daily. I just take 1 or 2 pills whenever I feel a mood swing coming on and then it's gone! I don't feel a sudden burst of euphoria or anything like that, but instead I just feel a lot calmer. I have horrible mood swings after my period and it started becoming a problem for my boyfriend and I. So I did a couple of things, I switched my method of birth control which helped a LOT, but the mood swings were still there. So I tried this, and boy does it work. The nice thing about this is that it doesn't give you a "high" so there's no after effect of "coming back down." It's very subtle, and you just feel much more relaxed. I would recommend this for anyone!

These help me to relax. I don't feel they help with depression but are helpful when I am feeling stressed, especially when PMSing. I feel the main ingredient, 5htp, that would help depression, the dose is not high enough but enough to aid in relaxation. GABA is at a good dose to promote relaxation but not make you feel sleepy. This is my go to supplement when I feel stressed and edgy... it relaxes me without making me sleepy with just a slight boost in mood. Will be ordering their Anxiety formula for comparison and will have my daughter try who I discovered has social anxiety amongst people she doesn't know. Hoping one of these will help her feel more relaxed. I do take an antidepressant and this works along with it without side effects... just feel more relaxed. I rated it 4 starts as I don't feel it lifts the mood enough and isn't real helpful with depressed feelings, if that's what someone would be purchasing it for. It might work differently for others though. Maybe this along with extra 5htp taken in the evening might work well for depression. This does work to relax you though when you're edgy without making you feel drowsy. I have only taken 1 pill at a time. Hope this review helps...

This supplement does work. It is not a panacea, but it helps. I am definitely more relaxed on it. At this point, I take two capsules in the morning and two in the evening. I take less antacids with it, sleep better and am not as irritable or as depressed. Perhaps if I took more, the benefits would be greater. But it does have such a "destressing effect", (my hands aren't always in "clenched mode" ), that I'm afraid that if I took much more, I'd be numb. Still, it would be nice to have something in addition to add a bit of "happy" to the staid calm (which I do appreciate) that the pills give me.
