The bright moonlight was shining through the open windows in the village of Hallo. The moon was bright upon the sky as the stars started fading behind the brightening sun; it sat cozily on the horizon. The moon at the end of this night brought terror to the village by a horrid, controlling, manipulating man that suddenly appeared in Hallo village for no reason at all. The small sound of the humming birds and the crickets cried through the night as screams rang through the morning air that brought chills and nightmares to the children who slept cradled next to their mothers. Men raced through the village roads with bows aimed and firing every shot they had; they hit women, children, not their enemy: the man. Arrows were shot every second, raining down on the unsuspecting crowds who scattered in every direction. The enemy were dressed in black robes and brought weapons of all sorts, carrying them through the village, killing anyone who stood in their way as they headed up toward the large oak castle doors that looked over the village in protection and privacy. Women watched as men galloped past their houses, holding their children within their arms and praying for their husbands’ safe return. Tears welled up in their eyes as their children sniffled and held their breath as the image and shadows of the enemy ran past the little houses that stood in a row
