Rachel largely preserves the melodies and tempos of the original tunes, so you'll actually recognize them, but she extends the harmony and rhythm considerably. I'm out of adjectives: lively as hell, joyous, thrilling, brilliant, direct, and free. She has paid some dues to play like that. This CD is amazing.
