This has got to be the best book ever for meditation that I have ever been able to find. Jessica Macbeth hits it right on the nose. She has taught me to see my inner being in such a way that I never dreamed possible. The only problem I see is that it is so hard to find. I want to get this book for everyone, about 25 people, in my Bible study group. Well, I hope they will start republishing it, soon. You will love it if you can find it.

This book is great! it's filled with helpful techniques and keen insight that will have you successfully meditating in no time at all. I high recommend it for anyone seeking to learn more about meditation. I also recommend getting Jessica's follow up book Sun Over Mountain; it goes hand in hand with this book. Happy Meditating!
