I have another solar powered light that works great but is no longer sold. This one worked fine until it rained really hard the other day. It fills with water and then it's junk. This thing was clearly NOT made to be used out doors. If you're looking for a garden accent KEEP LOOKING because this one will NOT last. I'm very unhappy about this purchase!! Gave it one star because you can't not give it at least that much. I'd have given it a negative 5 stars if possible. Save your money do not buy this product unless you intend to keep it indoors... which is dumb in my view.

I purchased two of these lights several months ago, one stopped working all together, when I lifted it up it was full of water. The light dropped out of the top of the second one, no way to fix it except to break the top off and re-glue together. Like a fool I bought a third one, and this one only lasted a little more than a month, the battery pack was full of water when it stopped working.

The lighthouse is less than expected.
The solar light for the beacon is small and the solar panel is to the back of the lighthouse so you need to find a sunny spot that hit's the back where the solar panel is at. I was not able to put this where I had wanted in my garden due to this feature....But it is cute so I am somewhat satisfied.

This is an OK product - the solar panel is not so conveniently located - better would be on roof top - light is too dim (amber) - better off using LED.

This is a very nice looking replica, but the light won't stay on for more than a few minutes. The light in the top also isn't attached - it falls down inside the body of the light house. You can turn it upside down and get the light back up into the top. That isn't terribly significant since the light only stays on for an hour or so after dark anyway.
The light seemed to work better the first 2 days, but now barely comes on at all.

I ordered this lighthouse because I love lighthouses. The box came damaged and I opened it up and the lighthouse box was crushed and the lighthouse was broke. Sent it back and a repalcement was sent and that one was damaged and broke too. I then requested a refund. So disappointed. The packing, shipping and handling was horrible and could have been better.

I am very pleased with the product. I have it sitting on top of a post and it receives plenty of sunlight and stays lit throughout the night. The top had a little ding in it but nothing significant and not worth returning. Overall I am very satisfied.

This one will add to your yard decor very nicely and the solar light works well.

Needed the lighthouse for a gift. Quick shipping and delivery. Product is nice and seems solid and well made. Noted some of the earlier reviews, but working well to date.

I ordered this in late fall, as a gift.
Today I get a call, they opened the box and the whole thing is broken-up inside the box.
Now have the fun of returning, etc. etc.
Apparently, it is a pretty crappy item, so I will not "exchange".
Bad news.
