5.0 out of 5 stars ONLY $6?!?
I have hardly ever spent only $6 on a comp. this good. This CD will make fans of sell-out bands like Reel Big Fish or No Doubt confused. This is pure ska music. Moon Ska has always put out some of the best ska music ever recorded, and this comp. is proof. I hadn't heard of several bands on this CD when I got it, but now I am a fan. The only Moon Ska bands this one...

3.0 out of 5 stars lacking...
not like it matters, this album is nearly extinct as well as the bands on it, but Moon Ska Records could have made a much better compilation than this. Down Berry Wood is an amazing song and makes the album worth it just for that song.

5.0 out of 5 stars ONLY $6?!?, August 13, 1999

I have hardly ever spent only $6 on a comp. this good. This CD will make fans of sell-out bands like Reel Big Fish or No Doubt confused. This is pure ska music. Moon Ska has always put out some of the best ska music ever recorded, and this comp. is proof. I hadn't heard of several bands on this CD when I got it, but now I am a fan. The only Moon Ska bands this one is missing are Mephiskapheles, Let's Go Bowling, and The Pietasters. The Bad Manners song is not that great though. (Bad Manners, the same guys who did "Lip Up Fatty" doing a BALLAD?!?)

Favorite Bands: The Toasters, The Scofflaws, The Busters, The Adjusters, The Skoidats, Edna's Goldfish, Skinnerbox, Easy Big Fella, The Allstonians, NY Ska Jazz Ensemble

5.0 out of 5 stars Best Moon Sampler, July 9, 2011

Okay, so maybe not every single track on this is brilliant, but at least 50% of the songs are. You won't regret this unless you're a Ska Grinch.

2.0 out of 5 stars I Listened To This For 10 Minutes Then Was Dissapointed, November 22, 1999
This review is from: Moonshot (Audio CD)
Dude, i was thinking of buying this cd but i borrowed it from a friend. I must say that im glad i didnt get it because it is not the ska like Voodoo Glow Skulls and Reel Big Fish. I rated it a 2 cuz the one song by the Toasters was okay and was pretty kool. I didnt like the rest.
