Good stability, sturdy, and fast.

If you're a beginner, you might be better off getting a more expensive board that's a lot easier to ride.

This is my first and probably the BEST longboard I owned. It looked like the picture, but the only thing different was the wheels. I didn't get those clear "gel" looking wheels. I got a black "gel" wheel, it really didn't matter to me. It has no design, but it rides VERY smooth. It comes ready made(no assembly), but the trucks are tight. You have to loosen them about 15-25 times(with a wrench/tool, 15-25 swings maybe more). It carves very well. You should buy it for your child if they want a longboard, this won't break and it is able to flex because of it's wood.

This board sucks. Has a hard time turing and the wood broke at the front. When i was going 2 miles an hour. Now I can't ride it. If you want a good board get the mini shaka.

When I first received this board, I found it an "excellent" value for the price. The wheels and trucks ARE good quality. The deck has a nice concave from side to side. The deck sides taper in slightly from one end of the deck to the other.

Unfortunately, since I purchased it a year ago, it has started to split or crack at the front area just above the truck mount. I have only used it for very infrequent and casual, relatively flat, urban street riding. I still give it 2 stars for its good hardware, which can be salvaged.

this is my first board and i ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!! its cheap but very good quality. i got the board in two days which was a day early and i took it up to santa barbara. in the description it doesnt say the measurements but the length is 40 inches and the width goes from 10 then narrows down to 8 inches. the wheels i recieved were a clear orange not the clear gel ones but that doesnt matter for me. it picks up speed very quickly. however, this board is not ment for carving. if you want a carving board, i recommend a loaded board. all in all this is a very good board and i recommend it to anybody who is new to longboarding or just wants to pick up speed.

I'm 37 and I LOVE longboarding and I have another board that I custom built and it's SICK. My main board is a 44" 5 ply bamboo board with caliber 50 trucks and red bone bearings and this Moose Drop through board is ALMOST all that bone stock. It rolls well, the board itself is EXCELLENT and the wheels are a little hard but pretty good. You could ride this board stock and you'd love it. The only thing I'd recommend upgrading, and you always want to do this anyway, is the bearings. Swiss 6 bearings and this board and you win!

This is my first board in years. I got a better price on mine from another merchant. Its a good riding board but it cracked by the rear truck also (this happened to another owner of this product). I weigh 240 lbs so this board does flex for me as you can imagine. I also tightened the trucks by a whole turn so it doesn't have that sloppy feel to it. I love riding my board as I ride it most everyday.

My friend has this board and it's nice for $120, but the trucks are bad and the deck isn't stable. I went to a board shop the next day and tried a demo board they had and it was way less scary to ride. If you're a beginner, you might be better off getting a more expensive board that's a lot easier to ride.
