I think its good value for the money. I was looking for a cheap alternative to a quilt for our ski house and this definetly did the trick. However, it's not big enough to cover a queen size bed, especially with a blanket on it. So go for it if your bed is full size, but I would not recommend it for a queen.

I received this as a gift last Christmas. The material was very scratchy, so I washed it per instructions. However after the very first washing, the main seam split open and the filling came out. Other of the patchwork seams are also in tatters. In addition to this, the quilt is too small for a king sized bed. Finally I agree with another reviewer that this quilt is primarily reds and greens, unlike the photo. Very Christmas-y if that is what you are after.

We bought this comforter at the beginning of December 2009. We got the comforter December 15th. This comforter is pretty much for looks only. It hardly gets any use.

Now, this is why I am disappointed! I noticed the seams on the patchwork are coming apart! One section is totally loose and I can see all the stuffing! I was not prepared to have to sew a brand new comforter after only having it for 20 days. I reviewed the entire comforter....Most of the seams are loose..future 'patch' work on my part again.

I was honestly disappointed with the colors too. Very bland.

I would save your money. I know...the price looks good but save your money on this item. Sad customer! :O(
