When I first saw this CD in the Yellowstone Park gift shop, I could not believe there would be enough moose material to fill a whole CD. The title that sold me was "I'm a moose and I love my lips". Our family is a little older than the other reviewers. Our three children that we took on our nine state, 21 day road trip are 9, 11, and 15. We love the zany and this CD supplied the necessary goofiness to keep us singing and giggling for hours! The tunes are catchy and the lyrics are clever. I am looking over his other selections to see which I want to buy next!

A friend of mine sent this CD to my 6-month old daughter as a gift and it has become her favorite! When nothing else will make her happy, we pop in Moose Tunes and it brings a smile. She even responds well when my husband and I sing the tunes (albeit poorly) to her. Definitely recommend this one. I am going to try some of Brent Holmes other CDs next.

My brother bought this cd for my daughter, who is 8-months-old. My husband, daughter, brother, sister-in-law, and I were vactioning in Moose head lake Maine, when we came across this cd. I have to say this is a wonderful cd! We had a 6-hour drive back home and this cd saved us. As soon as we popped it in she immediatley calmed down and played quietly in her carset. The lyrics are catchy and fun, we actually found ourselves singing along. My husband and I are now back home in Florida and I find myself searching the internet for more of Brent Holmes cd's. I highly recommend it for a child who loves music.

So on the way into work today Jaxon wanted to listen to his new Bear Tunes CD from Grandma and Bapa. For the last year and a half, the Moose Tunes CD from Grammie and Ogie has been his favorite so he is excited to have a new one just like it.

We have listened to it a couple of times so I started singing along with one of the catchier tunes but Jaxon would have none of it. He screeched at me to stop singing. So I stopped...for a minute and then started in again. This time he said in a very stern voice "Why don't you just keep your eyes on the road!" which resulted in me busting up laughing. He of course thought that it was very funny that he had made me laugh so for the next few minutes he delighted in saying it over and over until I finally had to tell him that was enough.

He still wouldn't let me sing though. He just wanted to listen. Guess I am not the worlds best singer. I was bummed. They are fun songs to sing! Bret does a great job creating music both kids and adults can enjoy. The music is fun and upbeat without being at all annoying. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I bought this CD (Moose Tunes) after watching (and then joining in) as my two boys (1 and 3) danced around the room to a borrowed Cow Tunes CD.

As soon as Moose Tunes arrived (which was very quickly, as always from Amazon.com), my 3 year old son put it in the CD player and started smiling! He is a very literal kid, so he questions me on the lyrics often and I just have to say, "It's not real, it's just a silly song!" But we love it!

This CD would make a great gift for any age kid and for any occasion!

The only time it comes out of the CD player in the house is to transfer to the CD player in the car. Two thumbs up--my two boys' thumbs! And I'll add mine and my husband's too!

My son was about one when he received this as a gift. He immediately took to it and listened all the time. He calls it "moose music". He dances all over the place when it's on (he's almost 2 now). The songs are very upbeat, rather witty, and only slightly annoying after about 50 times of hearing them.
I think it's a great cd. Also try Sea Tunes. It's even better!

OK, I'm a step-mom and not all of my gifts to the kids are exactly hits, but I bought this album and the "Bear Tunes for Kids" while the boys (7-year old twins), Dad and I were on vacation this summer and they were both instant hits. The boys wanted to hear both albums over and over again on the 10 hour ride home. Fortunately the songs appeal the adults as well as kids and so Dad and I were not going crazy after the 10 hour concert. They were such a hit that Mom asked to borrow them when the boy went on vactions with her latter that summer.

What wonderful songs! I picked this up on a trip out west for my 15 month old graddaughter and she loves it! It's great to pop in the player on car trips and we find that everyone signs along! I can't recommend this enough for little ones - quite entertaining - thumbs up all the way!!!

We checked this CD out from the library and later decided to purchase one for my nephew and plan to purchase one for ourselves as well. I enjoy the songs on this CD because they are fun, memorable, and somewhat educational ("Moose in a Treehouse" teaches kids to count by two's and more) without being annoying. This is a CD we listened to nearly every day for two weeks and want to hear it again!
