1.0 out of 5 stars Morality and law leaves a lot of unanswered questions
This is an extreme liberal view of morality and the law. Chapter 6 on safety is an example where the author expresses the opinion that justice is better served if we do not lock up criminals. This is unrealistic and dangerous thinking for the criminal justice professional.
