Law,
This review is from: Morality and the Law (Hardcover)
This is a work on the role of moality in the various components of the criminal justice system. Specifically the role of defense counsel and prosecutor, the role of the police, the court, corrections, probation and parole officers, and the victims of crimes themselves as well as related issues.

Morality and law leaves a lot of unanswered questions,
By Rob Roy Roberts (Dallas Texas) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Morality and the Law (Paperback)
This is an extreme liberal view of morality and the law. Chapter 6 on safety is an example where the author expresses the opinion that justice is better served if we do not lock up criminals. This is unrealistic and dangerous thinking for the criminal justice professional.
