I love this workout! There's 3 full workouts so I can do a different one each time! This has everything I wanted-sculpting, pilates type moves for the core and lots of variety. There is no music and at first that was different to me, but now I feel like I get a private training session each workout. The instructor explains every move and what to focus on and the workout seems to just fly by! I would highly recommend this workout for anyone who has resistance bands!

I'm a Personal Trainer who trains women in their homes so you can imagine that resistance bands and tubing are key pieces of equipment in my arsenal. Kira's DVD contains challenging, effective band workouts for all levels. I exercise along with Kira for my own sake as well and with the appropriate, heavier band, I get a great intermediate to advanced workout!
I actually like the fact that there is no music and I find Kira to be informative, personable and motivating. My only issues are that my slipknot band isn't always stable (might be me!) and the abs sections could be longer. Other than that, I recommend this DVD to anyone who thinks they can't get a great workout with simple tubing!!

This DVD is a great workout. It is almost as if you are in the class with her. I have the opportunity to take her class each week and her DVD is just like taking the class. She explains every move in detail. She tells you the correct way to do an activity so you don't hurt yourself. I would highly recommend this DVD.

This workout dvd has everything! I love that it has 3 full workouts with the bands used different ways. I can do a different workout 3x a week and never get bored! I didn't mind that there is no music on this dvd, it makes it easier for me to hear the instructor, who is great and very informative!

Each workout has a lot of balance and control moves, some really cool combos and new exercises! This workout is much different than the Got Bands? Resistance Bands for Total Body Tone dvd (also a great workout).

You might want to get 2 sets of bands (bands are not included)- that way you can use one for the knotted workout and not have to undo the knot for the other workouts. It makes life a little easier!

I have been lucky enough to have been in several fitness classes with Kira as the instructor and I must say this DVD is almost as good as working out with her in person. She has a very "down to earth" way of talking you through the exercises. I am not afraid of doing things wrong because as I watch her, she's also explaining the moves. This DVD shows beginner, intermediate and advanced postions and combinations which allows you to personalize your own workout. I highly recommend this DVD, it's a great way to use the bands to tone and strenghten your muscles!

After trying this workout I wish I wouldn't have bought this DVD. I was looking forward to a band workout and I feel that this was more than I bargained for. You do lunges throughout most of the workout and for those of us with bad knees, it's bad news. I was disappointed and will never use it again. I feel the description is deceptive.

Thsi one was not what I expected it to be. It was too easy and way too repetitive. I am an intermediate exerciser and it didn’t do anything for me. Choose this one to be easy on the joints and if you don’t mind a high degree of repetition.
