This book is repetitive and very poorly edited. The author states the same approach to cooking meat and chicken in different chapters. However, the chapters are almost identical, except for the words "chicken" or "meat". The science in the book is based on an "unpublished paper" by the author. Funding for the book was provided by a grant from a company for which she is the CEO/founder. This book is useless.

This book, and its food preparation directions, are easy to read and follow. For anyone who is just starting dialysis, and truly wants a simple self-help book on creatine reduction, this is it. Reading time is under one hour; usefulness - every day.

A clear, concise, step by step guide for the layperson. Manageable both in size and language, "More Bio-Fuel---Less Bio-Waste"is a handy reference manual for the kidney patient's kitchen.
