I absolutely love this book! First got onto Father Dominic when a friend of mine shared the Parker House Roll Recipe with me- they are awesome!! Bought both recipe books & love them. Great recipes & tips on technique. This is my favorite of the two, but I think that's just my preference in the recipes. I was a little bread challenged before this book, now I'm baking like a pro!
