This cookbook is the highly requested and greatly anticipated sequel to "Low Carb Recipes Fast & Easy". More simple, quick and tasty recipes. If you are short on time, but big on flavor, this cookbook is for you. As with the first cookbook, this one too contains an invaluable resource section that answers many of the questions that arise when embarking on the Low Carb Way of Life.

I have more than 6 low carb cookbooks, and I've found that is the one I use most. It's absolutely wonderful! I don't have to buy "special" ingredients that I'll only use once or twice, and the recipes are easy to read and to use. I highly recommend this book for people like me who don't want to go to the grocery store with a two-page list for one meal! Best of all...the recipes have a lot of flavor and taste great!

the binding leaves a lot to be desired. For [the money], they should do something a little better and sturdier. I had to laminate mine and put them in a notebook because the 'spiral bound' end kept coming apart and making it hard to turn the pages. But the recipes are really, really good.
