For serious illness, the authors advise to seek medical attention. I love this book. 'Chicken Soup' contains remedies from Arthritis to Weight-Control, not to mention many in-betweens. One of my favorite sections is Hair Care, including high-lighting to covering gray, Naturally, without the use of dye. Pages 303-316 list sources where items needed can be purchased. Websites, phone numbers, and free catalogs! |
