Just got done reading all 675 pages of this book. Can't thank Dr. Lant enough for writing a book of such value - every businessperson in the World needs to have a copy of this book. I firmly believe that this is THE desktop reference on how to run a business.
He covers it all here - everything from how to formulate a business plan, how to develop discipline and goals, how to make buying decisions, how to get free publicity, how to design a successful yet affordable ad campaign, how to generate and close leads, how to sort leads to get the maximum profit, and on and on.
The 2 most important things I gained from this book were: How to avoid the 30 most common mistakes service providers make (yes, I was making a few myself!) and how to generate, sort and close leads for maximum profit(who doesn't need help on this!).
I've been reading Lant's books for years now. I swear by them, and honestly believe that if all I had to go on was his books, I could be successful in ANY business. I can directly attribute much of my business success to applying the principles found in his books.
I laugh at some of the other reviewers - were they reading the same book I did? One star? What are they smoking? Love him or hate him - Dr. Lant gives more bang for your buck than anyone else - and I've got the library to back me up!

This book is comprehensive and thorough; you cannot fail to become a millionaire if you follow the guidelines Dr. Lant has written in this book. You don't have to use all of it, or completely agree with the author's writing style; you can taylor the information to your particular business. Whatever you use, however, will work.

The book is just one long hail for Dr. Lant. It is puffed with plenty of pep talk over not much substance. Even thought the book contains some good marketing advice, the constant buzz that Lant creates around everything makes it difficult to separate the grain from the chaff.

If you are selling a product or service and desire to get wealthy as a result, you must get this book NOW! Dr. Lant doesn't just tell you what to do, he gives you the step by step instructions (with no detail spared) on HOW to do it. Easily the top marketing book I've read in my life...and I've read them all
