I have all of Crystal's albums, and I have to say that this album sums up her best works! Yah, it's a greatest hits project, so you'd expect it to have her greatest hits. BUT, Crystal takes it up a notch and adds TONS of new stuff. Since Crystal first started her career in 1985, I can truly say that none of her albums have ever disappointed me. With this new release, Crystal reveals a side of her that she totally shines on. She reinvented herself, her image -- her style of music. With 3 new tracks: MORE, I GUESS, and LIKE A CHILD, you can totally see that Crystal Lewis has a lot to offer! Then, she remixes SHINE JESUS SHINE and I NOW LIVE. What more can you ask for?! But wait, she also adds a DVD with the making of "More" and her music videos. It's too good to be true, but it's true. Crystal Lewis is the real deal. She sings it, preaches it, and reveals it in every aspect of her life. Crystal Lewis has given us "more" than we can ask for. She's the best!

This albulm is really ,really cool because even though there is repeated songs in this albulm, that could be useful when you probably do not have the orginal albulms from those great songs. And Crystal adds new songs to this albulm too:'More' is such an important song in our lives dealing whith people who say we are worth nothing, but in realty WE are more than we know,leading us to walk on water!Plus she adds her own southern california beat to it! 'I Guess' is a song that everbody goes through at some point in our lives, saying that God is the one you'll fall in love in when you might think is hard and sometimes impossible,but at end you'll KNOW it's truly easy to fall in Love whith Him ,and it tells how God will never leave your side.She has her majestic voice and melody in this that will lift up your day.And 'Like a Child is a powerful song that explains to you to be in the Father's arms in a time of being restless and wanting more of God in his presance, being exactly like a child, sinless and innocent. Amd in this song, trust me you will be moved to the tone and melody Crystal uses to create the illusion of being a child,her lovely voice will make you want to press the 'repeate' button on your CD- player!So come and buy this CD now! You'll love It!

I was so exited of getting this cd, that I bought 5 to give to my friends!!! The new songs are great, especially "Like a Child".
One thing though, you can only get the DVD IF AND ONLY IF you buy it at a christian store or website.
I really enjoy "MORE",and I can't wait for her new one next year!

I have to admit I don't like "greatest hits" CD's, but aside from that fact we have to consider that this is what Crystal had to offer this year, she did 2 CD's in 2000, "Fearless" and "Holiday", with 12 songs each, and will make another full lenght CD on 2002 (she also recorded a song for September 11th tragedy), so a greatest hits cd with 4 new songs for 2001 is more that great. In the new 4 songs Crystal sounds awesome specially in "Like a Child" and the remake of "I now live". Also the fact of those songs be recorded with her band is great. I just congratulate Crystal and all of her people for bringing this amazing CD. The photo shoot is great too, seeing Crystal forget about her bright shining blond hair and also the locations are perfect. The one thing I dont get is why they said in Crystal's website that the CD was gonna include a DVD with all of her video library, and I am still trying to find the DVD somewhere in the CD case. So be careful, not all the editions are including the DVD.

What a disappointment! Let me start by syaing I've been a big fan of Crystal's since 1987 and her days in Wild Blue Yonder, have every disc she's cut and she's my favourite Christian female vocalist, so this is a first for me - an album I've not enjoyed. The new songs just don't sound right - I honestly thought I'd been given the wrong disc when "More" started pounding out of the speakers - Crystal does Grunge?? (Is that what the new natural dark hair look is all about?!) What's with all the fuzz box heavy guitar chords? I think the re-mixes are awful - "I now live" (apart from the improved rap) isn't a patch on the original, and like the previous reviewer said - what happened to the DVD which was supposed to accompany the CD? To be honest, I could have cut my own CD with the original tracks (which are better), missed off the new songs (which I don't like much at all) and saved myself the money - as I didn't get the DVD (one of the main reasons for my purchase!). It hurts to say it, but if the new songs give a hint of the direction Crystal is going, I think she may lose more fans than she gains. I hope I'm just wrong and over-disappointed...

A greatest hits album is simply that the greatest by the performer . She has an amazing voice and such passion when she sings you feel every word and message within the songs . I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone who needs emotional uplifting and healing . I can't really say there aren't any songs I don't care for on this project . But my favorites are " Lord I Believe In You " , " Lean On Me " , and "Trust Me" .

This album tells alot. One of the most popular song is: "Lean on Me." In Junior high at Sar Shalom half of the kids are singing Lean on Me for the 8th grade graduation. This song to me is touching. I think you should recomend this album to anyone no matter how old the album is. it's one you'll want to have in your cd player.

FYI, this is the first greatest hits project since 1995's "Greatest Hits". I think there have been some posts about how Crystal is only putting out old songs. That's what a greatest hits is all about....a collection of hits. On top of that, she recorded 3 new songs and 2 remixes. This being wonderful already, she throws in a dvd with all of her videos and the making of the project...
For new fans AND OLD this is the cd to buy...it's AWESOME
Crystal knows how to reinvent herself all the time...what a privilege just to be able to listen to such a godly voice...

Ohmygosh!!! When I put in the CD, i thought it was gonna be one of those boring ones so I layed down. When "More" began pouring out of my speakers, I got up and danced. FYI:"MORE" is now one of my favorite songs!!! I never knew Crystal could sound this awesome!!! Whenever I listen to the CD i make sure that I at least rock my head to the beat. The re-mixes were also great. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK CRYSTAL!!!

Crystal Lewis is one of my favorite artists, and I always rush to add anything new to my Crystal collection. While I have to admit that this compilation is great, my opinion is based on music quality rather than content - been there, done most of it! I abhore the common trend for artists to release "greatest of" albums, then include a couple of new songs on it. I don't like buying CD's that are filled with tunes I already own in order to enjoy the ones I don't. While placing this CD on my shelf, I could not help but notice that two of Crystal's most recent releases (Live at the Woodlands, Best of Harvest) are collections. Bottom line - give me MORE, but give me something I don't already have in multiples.
