Listening to this album reminds me of the years and years of my parents spinning the vinyl on our old sylvania record player. It was there, despite the scratches and pops, that I first gained an appreciation for the unredoubtable, unmistakable, unbelievable talent of Johnny Mathis. And of all the music this man has made, like so many other artists, when he had his full legs early in his career, he was at his unbelivable best. The songs themselves are wonderful, but supported by an orchestra with unbelivable arrangements that add, but do not overshadow. This album could play forever and you'd never have a dry eye. This music makes you sad for today's generation as they have NOTHING that even comes close. Do yourself a favor. Buy the album. It's as close to a sure thing as you'll ever find in life.

This is the second single collection from Mathis in the 60s. Great music, great arrangements, great singing. It's Mathis at his best.

This album follows "Johnny's Greatest Hits", which became a music industry legend for sales, but this is no mere follow-up recording. "More" is just that, more of a great thing, the incredible sound of Johnny Mathis' voice, wonderful material, and excellent arragements. You won't find a better bargain at Amazon--classic Mathis for ten bucks.

I own the original album but bought this because music sounds so much better on a cd. I recommend this cd to anyone who appreciates GOOD MUSIC. There is a lot of so called music put out these days, but good music is a rarity.

Anyone who likes Johnny Mathis will of course love this CD.The songs are A-1,and the audio is perfect.You won't be disappointed,believe me!
