This book is exceptionally well written and an easy read. It is great for the person who is currently experiencing Sexual Harrasment and doesn't know what to do about it. Dr. Agonito doesn't shirk from the subtle nor the often difficult to discuss. She faces every aspect head-on, and attacks the problems systematically. This allows the reader to make empowered, knowledgeable choices for themselves, while teaching them to create boundaries that they are comfortable with and that others respect.
