Anyone who has tried to read Chesterton will find they have to take him in small doses or give up speed reading. This man is prolific and is an amazing logician, humorist, satirist, philosopher, observer of human nature and delightfully instructive. A book of quotes is a great way to begin reading him and this one is superb.
