I really enjoy this workout video. The directions are clear, the pace is challenging without being defeating, and the full workout tempo and overall time very manageable. There is enough variety in this 30 minute workout to keep you from getting bored and to keep you coming back for more. There is no fluff to waste my time, no distracting visuals or music. The music accomodates the workout. The warm up, body sculpting exercises, and cool down have a logical flow. I feel great afterward.
