A Kid's Review
I play in the jazz band at my middle school, and I just bought this fabulous CD by Count Basic! Until I ran across him, I didn't know who they were, although I've heard M.L. in the Sunshine well over a thousand times. Now I'm hooked on them, and I now have their CD on Autorepeat. Who thought that smooth jazz could ever sound this good. The album is just great everytime you play it. Every smooth-jazz aficionado should have this!

I love Count Basic and I love this CD.

I was amused by Travis Miller's review. It doesn't really matter to me how this music is labeled, just that it's good, drivin' acid/smooth/funk jazz.

At the risk of sounding like someone who would label, however, Travis, how proud you must be to be such a snob.

Cheap California Chardonnay isn't always a bad thing. You seem to be really hung up on labels. Too bad.

Good sounds but its not much different from any other Acid Jazz you hear on a Jazz Station. If you are looking for something unique this is not it. But it is good for the average new age jazz listener
