Beautiful, emotional story!,

Chase Jackson comes back to his hometown to see his estranged father on his deathbed and his high school sweetheart, Jenny Davidson. When he left 11 years ago, he thought she betrayed him in the worst way and he vowed never to return. Older and wiser, he tried to put the ghosts of his past to rest by returning but found out he had other lessons to learn, especially when it comes to matters of the heart.
I loved this story for it's passion, tenderness, and emotion. I was so glad Chase and Jenny found each other once again! One of Susan Mallery's best emotional short stories! |
