Debi Smith is an extremely talented woman. Her voice has both extraordinary range and purity of sound. Her compositions are very human and real. "My Mothers' Hands" is one of my favorite songs both for its poetic message and its lyrical qualities. Debi is just getting her start as a soloist, but I hope that it's a long and successful road.

You'll Listen to This More Than Once,

Debi Smith is one of the Four Bitchin' Babes. She brought the Babes one of their best voices and some of their most poignant songs. I rated this CD only 4 stars because I like it less than "In My Dreams", but it's still a wonderful album. Her rendition of "Shenandoah" is absolutely haunting. Her songs on family ("Mother's Hands" and "Intertwined") are tunes we can all relate to. Since this is her only album available, buy it!
