This is a perfect workout for someone(older adults and seniors) wanting to begin an exercise program involving stretching, toning and balance. Combines yoga and pilates in a well-paced program which includes some more difficult moves to consider as you progress. You feel good when you finish the program. Wish it was available in DVD.
