Bob Rivers and hiw crew at KISW have altered the lyrics of many Christmas songs, and turned some other songs into Christmas songs, in a way that combines perspective on life with humor that most of us can associate with. This CD is sure to make you laugh and add a little joy to your day.

I have all of the Bob Rivers' "Twisted Christmas" CDs, and the original "Twisted Christmas" and "More Twisted Christmas" are still the best. Rivers and his gang do hilarious parodies of actual Christmas songs, rather than just making up funny Christmas songs.

Some people might consider Bob Rivers irreverant, but those of us here love him!

Sorry but this was a big disappointment from the first Twisted Christmas CD which I love. I really didn't find the songs funny at all compared to the first one. Probably because the songs on the second CD are not done to holiday music but top popular music like the Beatles and it just doesn't work. Part of the charm is singing the twisted words to the real holiday songs that brings some sanity to the harried season. I loved the first Twisted Christmas and would highly recommend it. This one is not worth the postage to mail it back. 3 stars is over-rated but I feel generous today.

I have played this CD for three straight Christmas' and I still laugh at the clever lyrics and dead-on parodies of the "classics." It never fails to put me in a holiday mood. A real winner.

This is one of the ultimate Christmas CDs.

My sister got this and Bob Rivers' other 2 Christmas CD's for me. I like all three of them; but, I love this one the best. I especially like 'Toy Sack' (parody of B52's Love Shack), Rummy Rocker Boy (parody of Bing Crosby/David Bowie Drummer boy), and Jesus' Birthday (parody of the Beatles' Birthday). For those who love the classics and for those who could use something JUST a little different, this CD is for you. Merry Christmas!

I first heard "It's the Most Fattening Time of the Year" on the radio after my brother and I escaped death on Christmas Eve 2 yrs. ago on a very snowy, icy road trip. We were still speechless when this song came on the radio and boy was it what we needed to hear. We laughed so hard!!! I then tried to find the song and who did it. Long story a little shorter, I finally found it and got it for my brother. He loves, loves, loves it and couldn't belive I found it so I am very happy with this CD and Amazon for having it available. Anyone with a sense of humor will enjoy the twistedness of it.

The "Buttcracker Suite" is one of the funniest things I've ever heard! If you can find it, get it just for that! I wish they'd re-release this (I originally found the song on Rhapsody) and it is just brilliant!!

The Bob Rivers crew mostly went the mainstream route here, so the parodies are mostly of non-Christmas songs. The one track I like best is The Most Fattening Time of the Year. Richard Simmons adds so much to this, it's hysterical. That song alone made this disc worth getting, but I'm not too crazy about the other selections.

We listened to this cd and had a really fun time w/ it, we laughed out loud and replayed several songs several times for a good laugh.

This CD makes the hassle of Christmas more tolerable. These people really are twisted. Great CD!!!
