I just picked up my copy of MVP and am so impressed with all of the helpful information and the wide variety of easy and nutritious recipes. I'm going to incorporate at least one entree recipe a week into my weekly menu planning. I love how Patty includes seasonal variations so you can eat seasonally. Unlike most cookbooks, Patty provides lots of suggestions on how to vary many of the recipes based on the ingredients you have on hand and encourages you to be bold and experiment!
This cookbook is exactly what it says, "easy & delicious." The recipes call for ingredients that you normally stock in your kitchen so it's a great go to cookbook if you don't want to run to the grocery store. The dishes are healthy but full of flavor and you always know what benefits you are getting from the side notes!
This book is perfect! It has a ton of recipes that are quick, easy and delicious- plus they give you the nutritional info right next to the recipe! I watch what I eat (especially with some baby weight still to lose) and I am super busy so this is a life saver for me. The first recipe I made was chicken with artichoke pesto- YUMMM!!! So scrumptious and only took 10 minutes to throw it all together to cook. I am impressed and would recommend this book to anyone- not just moms... Love it.
