I've been using the gold metallic version of this iPhone cover for a couple of days now and it's great! Most of the reviews for this product are on the page for the silver color, so be sure to read those too. As others have said, be sure to note that this is a metallic coloring only - the case is definitely plastic. It provides great scratch protection for the phone and of course the look is unbelievably cool! Absolutely blows away all of the tacky-looking silicone phone protectors. I had a little bit of difficulty applying the mirrored screen protector correctly but I got it right with no bubbles after several tries. I advise you to apply the protector over the apple logo on the back first as practice before you put the protector on the main screen. You can see the screen perfectly through the mirrored screen protector and touch functions are unhindered. I haven't used it in direct sunlight yet so I can't comment on that. My only negative comment is not on the product itself, but on the shipping, which was very slow. It took six business days to arrive with standard shipping.

By far the worst case that I've puchased. The gold coating chipped before I could get the case all the way on my iPhone and by the end of the week it looked like I had the case for 6mths already there were so many chips and had already cracked. Getting the case off is nearly impossible, I was afraid I was going to break my phone! A complete waste of money...

I'd gotten this primarily to distinguish my iPhone from everyone else's amongst my friends and co-workers as we often have to double check we've grabbed the correct phone. The review I'd read was right on, though - it really looks great. My old screen protector was getting old, and this one being mirrored comes in handy just as a practical bonus.

I have had this case on my phone for 5 months. It is a perfect fit. The mirror screen protector looks super cool. But you don't look so cool when it is sunny and you can't see your phone face to take the call.
I love gold, this color is money yet subtle. It just cracked and I went to look to get another one. The price went up ten bucks in 5 months. While awesome for 20 bucks, for 30 I am looking elsewhere. I wish my personal inflation was doing that well...

The metallic case was delivered properly. However, the mirror screen was bent as it was packaged like that. It was packaged as if it was a piece of paper. Anyways, I tried hard to remove the curve but in vain. So not using it. I am disappointed with the delivery.

This case with the mirror protection makes my phone look great and protects it while being slid in and out of my leather case. I like this so much I will be getting one in every color! If you want your phone to look classy but not gaudy and want everyone to comment on how unique it looks, this product is for you. I only wish I could have given it more than 5 stars.

I could not recieve service with this cover! Tested over and over, cover blocked signal, wasted my money!

The metallic back cover I purchased is cool, except it can be real easy to scratch. It came with two clear screen covers which is why I got it.

Calza muy bien el iphone, lo unico malo es que se raya... PERO NO SE PELA que es lo importante... recomendado...

Good product! I've had mine for a year now and it's still going strong. I've purchased 4 colors now (gold, silver, blue and pink for my wife). Only one small thing wrong, they all have this very small blemish on the side. Maybe from a bad mold, but it's hardly noticeable.
