Copper is selling for only $4.00 a pound. Don't pay over $14.95 for something that only has a resale value of $4.00. If you want investment grade copper, go to the bank, buy a few rolls of pennies, and keep those minted before 1982. Except for 1943, $1.75 worth of them has more than a pound's worth of .999 copper, which is why the mint is no longer making them.
