I truly enjoyed reading the day-to-day workings of my Great-great-great-great Grandfather. His life was a compelling one to say the least, and I loved being able to put myself in his shoes to try and get a glimpse of how things came to be.

John D. Lee's diaries were of great interest to me, he was my great great grandfather. The family had collected parts of the diaries and other information through the years. This was a great addition to the family history collection.
