Mine worked fine...
Sorry the other reviewer had problems with theirs...one I got is exactly like the two that came with my deadbolt. And syncing this extra one worked first time..I ended up ordering 2 more for other family members.

Wrong Item
This is listed as an 'extra' key fob for the Morning Industries lock but is hardly that. It is a 'different' key fob that is not the same as the two included in the door lock kit. The main problem that when one follows the directions to sync it with the lock - it doesnt work. Not impressed with the purchase nor am I impressed with customer service at Smarthome after I...

This replacement remote works just as well as the one that came with the dead bolt. It looks almost exactly the same also. It works from about 10 to 20 feet without obstructions. I would recommend this if you need an extra remote.

The remote, works great. However I diddn't order the next level for my tv, it had a built in dvd, and the remote wouldn't work with that, but that was my falt.
